JNCIS-WLAN : Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Wireless LAN

The Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) Wireless LAN Track allows participants to demonstrate competence with Juniper Networks technology. The Juniper Networks wireless LAN system is an enterprise-class WLAN solution that seamlessly integrates with an existing wired enterprise network. Successful candidates demonstrate thorough understanding of the planning, deployment, implementation, and configuration of wireless LAN systems.

A single written exam is required, with no prerequisites, although Juniper highly recommends instructor-led classroom training through a Juniper Networks Authorized Education Partner. The exam covers wireless LAN concepts, planning, initial setup and installation of equipment, deployment, hardware and software configuration, domains and high availability, architecture, wireless LAN services, security, management and reporting, integration, monitoring and troubleshooting.

The JNCIS-WLAN is valid for two years. Credential holders must pass the current certification exam to recertify.
